MANY OF THE BLOOD LINE ROADS ARE COMPLETED

On the first day of New Year 2020, we surveyed the reality of Cai Mep - Thi Vai inter-port road (phase 1). From Phuoc An Port (Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai) back to Phu My town, the route has been cleared. In particular, the section adjacent to Phuoc An Port is paved with asphalt. On both sides of the road, workers are cleaning and cleaning the scattered sand and sand due to the construction process. Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh, Head of Planning-General Department of Transport Management Board of Cai Mep - Thi Vai Port area, investor of the Cai Mep - Thi Vai inter-port road project, said that the first phase of the project was basic. completed with a total length of 18km (from Cai Mep Container General Port, TX My Phu to Phuoc An Port). Currently, the contractor is carrying out the final stages such as cleaning roads, planting trees, landscaping ...

Another transport route connecting Cai Mep - Thi Vai port and industrial parks in Phu My town will be completed in 2020 is Phuoc Hoa - Cai Mep road. The total length of the route is 4.44km, the first point intersects with National Highway 51, the ending point intersects with Cai Mep - Thi Vai inter-port road, designed with 6 lanes. On this route, there is Mo Nhat bridge spanning Mo Nhat river, only one more span is to bridge. The day we arrived, 50 workers of Cau 12 Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Bridge 17 Joint Stock Company were urgently working on reinforcing the floor slabs and preparing for pouring concrete with long bridge. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Truong, commander of Mo Nhat Bridge project, representative of the Joint Venture of Bridge Joint Stock Company 12 and Thang Long Bridge Joint Stock Company, constructing the above route, said that this progress is expected in the first quarter of 2020. When the weather conditions are favorable, we will proceed to pour concrete with long bridge throughout the route.

Down the Cai Mep - Thi Vai inter-route, the 991B road connecting NH 51 from the intersection of Hoi Bai - Toc Tien with the Cai Mep - Thi Vai inter-port road (total length of 9.73km) is also hurriedly constructing the land pillar. strengthening the foundation and drainage system from Mo Nhat bridge to the border of inter-port road (4.4km). On the construction site, 2 pile-bunging machines pounded on the ground. Nearby, many bulldozers, excavators, rollers diligently leveled. This is the main road passing through Cai Mep - Phu My 2 - Phu My 3 Industrial Zones. In 2020, the remaining section from Mo Nhat bridge to NH 51 (5.33 km) will continue to start construction after completing the liberation. ground.

In addition to the above 3 routes, the province also has traffic projects connected with the port system including: Phuoc An bridge, National Highway 56 bypass route.Ba Ria, Long Son - Cai Mep, the road behind My Xuan Port - Thi Vai, main road BR-VT, highway Bien Hoa - Vung Tau. In particular, Highway 56.Ba Ria bypass route after many years of sluggish construction has been speeded up in 2019. At this time, nearly 8km / total length of 12.2km of the entire route has been opened to traffic. "The remaining lines are in the stage of design evaluation, bidding, inventory of recovered land, implementing the clearance process ...", Mr. Danh said.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, Director of the Project Management Unit of Cai Mep - Thi Vai Port Area, the unit assigned by the province to be the investor of the above routes, said that the smooth arterial roads not only help increase the operating capacity of Cai Mep - Thi Vai port cluster, create a connection between the BR-VT region and the western and southeastern provinces, contributing to eliminating traffic congestion on NH51, creating motivation for investors pouring capital to complete the construction of port systems and industrial parks, gradually shaping logistics centers of the country and Southeast Asia for BR-VT, bringing BR-VT economy and services to accelerate strong for the next many years.CONTINUE TO WOOD POINT AND CAPITAL POINTS

Recently, the progress of ports connecting ports has been slow mainly due to the difficulty of site clearance, land users in the area of land acquisition do not agree with the state compensation price because of being much lower than the market price. . Besides, the central capital allocated for projects is very slow. However, with the determination to accelerate the progress, remove difficulties for fast construction projects, the PMU of Cai Mep - Thi Vai port area has coordinated with the localities where the projects go through. Medium for the clearance work.

Joint workers of Cau 12 Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Bridge 17 Joint Stock Company make the floor reinforcement to pour concrete in the span of the bridge spanning the Mo Nhat river.

In 2020, the total amount of central and provincial capital arranged for the above key transport projects is VND 912.2 billion, of which VND 680 billion will be transferred, VND 230 billion will be added to public investment and the capital to be standardized. invested 2.2 billion. At the briefing of key projects held on 25/12, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council asked the departments, branches and localities to follow closely. the level of each key project, reviewing tasks and procedures according to regulations to fully, strictly and promptly detect problems and handle them in a final manner so that the project can be on schedule. The province will allocate sufficient funds according to the approved plan. The investors must promptly report the need, request additional capital according to the schedule so that the People's Council and the provincial People's Committee have solutions to handle.

Among the key transport projects of the province going through Phu My town, there are 3 projects with large land acquisition area: 991B road of more than 5.4ha with 109 households in Tan Hoa commune, Phuoc Hoa ward and Tan Phuoc ward; Highway 56 bypass of Ba Ria City 15.3ha through the area of Tan Hai commune (Phu My town) recovered land of 139 households and the Long Son - Cai Mep 13.45ha road project, mainly protective forests, land mangrove. According to Mr. Ho Thanh Quang, Director of TX Land Fund Development Center. In Phu My, land prices have risen recently, while compensation prices in accordance with the regulations are so large compared to the market, causing people not to agree on compensation prices and not hand over land, causing many projects to be behind schedule. However, the local authorities coordinated with grassroots authorities to mobilize, persuade and listen to people's aspirations, promptly adjust compensation prices to harmonize interests and responsibilities, thus removing difficulties in terms of ground. From 109 households who have to reclaim land to build 991B road, only 3 households have not yet been able to approve the compensation price because the land source has not been verified and their owner has not been found. Similarly, the project of NH 56 bypass road in Ba Ria City currently has only 20 households in the process of listing to find users, supplement legal documents or adjust the notice of land acquisition.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh said that the PMU of Cai Mep - Thi Vai port area is coordinating with Vung Tau City and TX.Phu My to speed up the land acquisition, appraising and designing the road construction cost estimates Long Son - Cai Mep to commence the Song Rang Bridge item before June to celebrate the Seventh Provincial Party Congress.
