The total construction investment is over 912 billion VND, of which compensation, support and resettlement cost is 683 billion VND. Time to deploy and complete this route within 6 years (from 2020-2025). Thong Nhat Street (paragraph 2) is completely invested with 33m wide road surface, with a median strip of 4 lanes for motorized vehicles and 2 lanes for rudimentary vehicles, sidewalks, trees, lighting, and water supply. CONNECT 3 MAIN ROADS

Total investment for the project is estimated at VND 402 billion, of which compensation cost for ground clearance is about VND 200 billion.Before this difficulty, at the end of 2018, Vung Tau City People's Committee issued Decision No. 8899 / QD-UBND on assigning targets of socio-economic development, defense - security plans and revenue and expenditure estimates. According to the design, this road is newly built in parallel with Hang Dieu Road, with a length of 2.1km, width of 36m, including 6 lanes, the starting point of intersection of 30-4, the end point of 3-2 road. Total investment for the project is estimated at VND 389 billion.
According to Mr. Quach Tien Dao, Hang Dieu and Cau Chay roads are 2 roads connecting 3 main roads leading to Vung Tau city center, road 30-4, road 2-9 and road 3-2, creating to become a smooth traffic network of eastern and western residential areas, reducing traffic flow to the city center area. These two roads also play an important role in connecting the North of Vung Tau airport with Chi Linh - Cua Lap zones.
